Jim has spent his working life, to date, behind a camera-a career that has almost spanned three decades. He started in the photo department at CFAC Television (now Global) in 1980. In 1999, he left the television station to start his own production company: The Commercial Factory. Through the years, he has worked on a countless number of commercials, videos and documentaries. Memorable jobs include producing a documentary on the Chernobyl disaster and its impact on the children of Belarus, and covering the early days of Nelson Mandela's new South African government. His first love has always been still photography and Jim enjoys shooting a wide variety of subjects. Some of his recent work can be seen on websites for the Lethbridge Hurricanes, the Lethbridge Lacrosse Association, the LCI Rams football team, NHL.com, WHL.ca and in Hockey Now magazine.

Stuart has been making photographs and working with pictures all his life. After over 20 years working as a contemporary artist (Stuart received his Master of Fine Arts from NSCAD in ‘91), teaching at various universities, including the University of Lethbridge, it was in spring 2008 he decided it was time to launch a commercial photographic studio. Stuart's years of work as an artist in photography, and deep knowledge of photo history, allow him to bring both the ability to view a situation from many perspectives photographically as well as a knowledge of previous photographers' choices. That is a whole lot of talent coming to photograph your poodle. After years of critical discussion around photography and creating work from that discussion it is tremendously enjoyable for Stuart to bring himself to other peoples' photographic needs and desires.

Mark never liked photography. It seemed like a waste
of time to take photos of people doing things when
he could be doing them himself. Then one day he
picked up his wife’s camera and now, a few short
years later, Mark is an award-winning photographer
with a hectic schedule, photographing weddings and
portraits for clients from all over the world. Visit his

Sarah Underwood is a fourth year psychology major at the University of Lethbridge. In her
“spare” time, you can find her horseback riding, taking photographs, and often, doing both at the
same time. She plans to enter the field of animal behaviour, likely involving horse training and
sales, but looks forward to having a sideline in photography.
